I offer a range of flavours including:

- Rich fruit cake with brandy-soaked fruit
- Traditional vanilla sponge filled with strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream
- Luscious lemon sponge drizzled with lemon syrup and filled with lemon curd buttercream
- Decadent rich chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache filling
- Indulgent chocolate-orange cake sprinkled with Cointreau and filled with chocolate orange ganache
- Irish cream liqueur sponge sprinkled with Irish cream liqueur and filled with Irish cream liqueur buttercream
- Moist carrot cake with rum-soaked raisins
